Shopping for Dahlias

As you shop for your dahlia tubers, please be aware that the dahlia tuber selections you put in your cart does not guarantee your right to purchase them. Until you have completed the checkout process, another customer may purchase the same tubers.

We are unable to combine multiple orders or add additional items to an order once it has been placed.  If you find you want to purchase additional tubers, just place a separate order.

New York residents will be charged NY sales tax.

 

Shipping

We ship using USPS & only to the United States, except we cannot ship to Arkansas.

We also do not ship internationally, to APO/FPO/DPO addresses, Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, or addresses outside the United States.

The shipping costs for ordering tubers from our shop are as follows:

      1-4 tubers shipping is $12.00

      5-10 tubers shipping is $15.00 

     10 or more tubers shipping is $ 20.00

Tubers will be shipped starting in April and May or when the weather permits. We need to ensure that the tubers will not freeze in transit as they can be damaged.

 

 Refund Policy

Our tubers are sold as single tubers and tuber sizes will vary depending on variety. We guarantee to ship dahlia tubers with at least one viable eye and have tried to the best of our ability to correctly identify them.

Upon receiving your dahlias open the box and inspect the tubers to make sure your order is correct. Please contact us immediately at bloomsflowerfarmshop@gmail.com,within 7 days if you have any issues with your dahlia order.

In case of incorrect identification or failure to grow, due to there being no eye, we will replace your tuber or give you a refund. However, we cannot be held responsible for customer negligence, weather conditions, rodent damage, winter storage, or the performance of plants.
